How do I order?
Message us with what you need. We'll come back to you to confirm the design, the price and how it will be shipped.
Can you make it to my book's size?
Yes. Send the dimensions of your book, e-reader or tablet and we'll cut the sleeve to fit.
Can I choose the fabric?
Yes. We have a range of fabrics and can show you what's in stock. Describe the style you like and we'll help you pick.
Can you do a matching set?
Yes. We can sew a sleeve, a bookmark and a pouch from one fabric. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send a quote.
Do they come boxed?
Yes. Every sleeve is sent in a box, so it's ready to use or to give.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do. Orders are hand-packed at the studio in England and sent abroad. Tell us where you are and we'll confirm delivery to your address.
How long does an order take?
Everything is sewn by hand and custom sizes are cut fresh, so it takes some time. We'll give you an expected date when you order.
From the workbench
How a sleeve is made
We choose the fabric, cut it to size, fit the lining and sew every seam by hand. It's slow work, and that's the point.
Ours is a small studio in England. A sleeve is there to keep a book clean and padded through years of being carried around, and that's what we design for.
The part we like most is when a reader comes back for a sleeve for their next book, or tells us theirs has been travelling with them for years.
